Slay the Hot Cold Shoulder

The cold shoulder trend is, by far, our favorite this fall. Not only is it our favorite now, but we are willing to bet money (which we have) that it'll be your and our favorite for at least a couple more seasons after this fall. The cold shoulder look can be sweet, sophisticated, laid back or high fashion. It all depends on how you wear it. If you haven't yet, it's officially time for you to embrace the hot cold shoulder, too. Here are some ideas that'll inspire you to slay the trend in the best ways possible.

1. Wear it on a bodysuit with cutout details to create a sophisticated look. Pair the bodysuit with a mini skirt for a hint of sexy, with leggings for a sporty attitude or with jeans for more of a casual outfit. As you choose what to pair this bodysuit with, remember that it can truly be dressed up and down according to the occasion. This is what we call a good investment ;)

2. Flaunt a similar silhouette in a dress for the sake of variety. The cold shoulder cutout dress can be worn in a mini, midi or maxi version. Some styles can be paired with tennis shoes by day and with high heels by night. If you're feeling really edgy, sleek your hair up when wearing it.

3. Wear a cold shoulder crop top to incorporate the trend in your everyday outfits. Stay chic and casual at the same time. The crop top trend has been around for quite a while now, but it seems that it's not going anywhere. We love that this type of crop top, much like the bodysuit above, can be paired with almost anything from high waisted mini, midi and maxi skirts to jeans, joggers and leggings.

4. Create a sweet look with an off the shoulder silhouette. Any lace or ruching details are encouraged. While this is a stunning look, we recommend saving it for warmer days.
