Shipping & Returns
We're sorry if you're not satisfied, but here's the good news: if you live inside the US you get 28 days to return your items for free starting the day you receive your order.
Just make sure all original tags are attached. For hygiene reasons, select items such as earrings, socks, tights, underwear, body stickers and hair accessories are non-refundable, and we ask that you try on swimwear over your own underwear and keep the seal intact.
We are not responsible for returns that do not make their way back to us.
If you live outside of the United States we will gladly accept your return, but shipping fees to California, USA, are your responsibility.
Original shipping fees, if any, are nonrefundable.
To initiate a return, simply email us at email@example.com and we'll take care of you.
We only provide one prepaid return label per order, so please take that into account when returning your items.

Received a faulty item? We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a clear photo of the faulty item within 5 days of receiving your order. One of our customer care agents will help you out.
During the Holiday season (Nov. 5th - Dec 25th), we will accept your return after 28 days so long as we receive it by January 10th.
*Free shipping on US orders over $75.
$4.99 for ground shipping within the US (estimated 5-14 business days).
$6.99 for all international shipping, duration varies according to the country. Please note in some countries, customs may cause an additional delay in delivery.
If you have more than one item, you may receive them separately. Each package will have its own shipping code.
During SALE and other busy periods please note that there may be an increase in processing time.

*For international orders - Princie and the carrier do not have control over and are not responsible for how long customs deems fit to hold a package. In addition, certain countries may apply tariffs after a package has been accepted. Customers are responsible for all local duties, taxes and tariffs. If an international package is held at customs, is not picked up, and is sent back to us, customer will be held accountable for any fees associated with that package.
